This month she has learned how to sit on her own, scooch around, say "dada", and LOVES playing with toys! She is constantly reaching for anything within reach - the camera when we skype, the computer, remote, toys, food, etc. She loves eating! We have done oatmeal, banana, avacado, peas, carrots, and today she tried some peaches and pasta! :)
We love watching her fun personality come out and love watching her and Ben interact and play together! Some of our most fun times are right before bed when the four of us are just hanging out in Julia's room together just being silly and laughing! :) (Don't worry, there are plenty of times when everyone is crying at once! It's certainly not perfect, but we just focus on those fun times! :)
Here are a few pictures from February, follwed by our monthly photo shoot!
This shirt says "Tiny Pliny" - I had gotten this as a gift for Eric before Ben was born. It's a nod to a beer from California Pliny, the Elder. There is also a Pliny, the Younger beer.
We have a photo of Ben wearing the shirt, and we needed to get one of Julia wearing it as well! :)
Julia enjoyed her first hockey game this month too! She was a trooper! She stayed awake and was super happy the whole time. Ben on the other hand was not a fan of being confined for so long. :)

A close up of our sweet girl!
7 month smiles! :)
So happy!
Watching Ben and daddy read a book!
More big smiles...I couldn't choose!
Waving her princess wave!
Isn't she beautiful!
I couldn't believe all the smiles I was getting
- it was around 7:30 at night and time for bed!
Ben had already gotten his PJ's on but came to get a kiss!
And you can see his hair in this picture!
I love how Julia is reaching for her big brother!
We sure got lucky with these two amazing kids!
Ben looks so big in this picture...and Julia is still admiring him!
Ben turned 20 months at the end of February and his speech is taking off! He is continuing to learn so many new words, put words together, and even ask questions like "Where doggie go?" He has started saying "Please" and "Thank You" without prompting (sometimes) - he even will take a toy from Julia and then say Thank you! :) LOL! He is so funny, and likes to play around. He loves his baby sister and says "Oh No" when she cries!
I can't wait to share these two awesome kids with our friends and families when we visit Chicago in June! :) Hopefully the 8 month post won't be too far behind...I'll try to get back on track!
